when booking an online consultation with me, in accordance with gdpr regulations, clients are required to give formal consent to allow access to and use of their personal information, and do so by accepting my privacy policy. this information, along with consent, is collected at the time of booking and in your consultation.

in compliance with these regulations, your data (information) will be kept up to date, stored securely, anonymised, destroyed appropriately where necessary or requested, and only be used for the following purposes:

  • to enable communication regarding appointments and progress reports;

  • to enable me to formulate a prescription that is relevant to your consultation;

  • to enable communication regarding medical information in relation to you and your health;

  • to forward invoices should there be payment outstanding.

the information you provide is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your prior consent or unless you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else.

I may sometimes use your information to contact other herbalists or healthcare providers (such as an osteopath, g.p., or hospital consultant) but only with good reason (cross referral or further investigation) and only after your permission is granted.
