ingredients:

ocimum tenuiflorum (holy basil/tulsi), tilia europea (limeflower/linden), rosa damascena (rose otto), crataegus oxycanthoides (hawthorn), lavandula angustifolia (lavender buds).

to use: measure 1-2 teaspoons of blend per cup in a teapot/cafetiere, add freshly boiled water and cover with lid to help preserve benefits. Infuse for 5-15 minutes depending on preferred taste, strain and drink. enjoy up to 3 cups daily.
